Access Bars® are the foundation and first tool of Access Consciousness® since it was introduced by Gary Douglas in 1990. It can be the starting point of a great adventure and it can be something you add to your life that will assist you in creating greater ease in everything.
Access Consciousness® has found that when you are functioning from preconceived views about your limitations and what is not possible in life, that is what shows up for you. When you eliminate all those limitations, a whole range of possibilities begin to open up for you, and life gets easier.
There are 32 energy bars that run through and around your head, connected to different aspects of your life. We call all these points that you touch when using this modality “The Bars”. This is where all the electromagnetic components of every thought, idea, attitude, decision and belief you have ever had about anything are stored. For example, every thought you had about money that you considered important, the energy and electromagnetic component of this thought is stored in the Bar called “money”. There are Bars for healing, body, control, consciousness, creativity, power, aging, sex, and money, 32 different ones in total. Each Bar corresponds to the name of an aspect or area of your life.
Touch a Bar and you will activate it and begin clearing the blocked energy in that area or aspect of your life, simply by touching it. Add touch on another Bar and you not only have the “issues” from the first Bar, you also begin to clear the “issues” stored in that second Bar. As well as clearing all the viewpoints on those two Bars related to each other, allowing for exponential change.
Simply by gently placing your fingers on the points of the Bars you effectively erase everything you ever stored there. What is the value of this?
